Justin Rutar, CRPC, NSSA

Justin is the founder of Rutar Financial Services, Ltd., and has worked as a financial services professional since 2003. His firm specializes in comprehensive financial planning and investment advising services for business owners, professionals, and retirees. 

Justin grew up in northern Minnesota and attended the University of Wisconsin-Superior where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and was named most valuable graduating business and economics student. Justin also holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation and the National Social Security Advisor Certificate (NSSA).

Justin is an Investment Advisor Representative and acts in the capacity of a fiduciary. Justin holds Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) licenses Series 7 and Series 66. Minnesota License #20381876

Outside of the office, Justin enjoys coaching youth sports, golfing and time "up north" hunting, fishing, camping and spending time with his wife, Megan, and their three children.
